Relaxation and peace of mind at Chill Spa
All appointments must be pre-booked, you can do this by phone and email.
All guests must arrive on time for your appointments. If you are running late, we may have to reschedule your appointment.
FOOTWEAR: For your safety and comfort we advice that you bring your own suitable footwear for Spa and Thermal area usage. This measure is to minimize the risk of slips, trips or falls. Guests who choose not to wear suitable footwear do so at their own risk, and the hotel accepts no liability for incidents resulting from non compliance.
No children are allowed into the spa, strictly over 18s.
Only clients who are booked for treatments are allowed into the spa.
All guests can arrive an hour prior to use thermal suite before their treatment.
If you wish not to use the facilities, residents can arrive 15 minutes prior and non-residents can arrive 30 minutes prior.
Hotel guests are to shower and change in their room prior to your visit to the spa.
Non-residents are to shower in the changing rooms prior to use of spa facilities & treatments.
Robes and Towels will be provided to you. We would suggest bringing flip flops or sliders for your own comfort.
To preserve the harmony within the spa, we kindly ask you to turn off your mobile phone. Our Thermal Suite and Relaxation Rooms are Quiet Zones, and we appreciate your co-operation with this to maintain a tranquil experience.
