With the choice of 32 rooms, 7 of which are suites ( Five riverside suites & Two Heritage suite), we have something to cater to your needs. The floor to ceiling windows that capture the beauty of the River Moy, morning, day and night. Our rooms include local and Irish vendors, from our Foxford Woollen Mills blankets, to the VOYA amenities in each bathroom and throughout the spa.  Take a dip in our outdoor hot tubs. Or consider a treatment in our spa.

Dine in our in house restaurant with a delicious menu by Chef Anthony Holland. We are so passionate about serving the best food in our restaurant we made sure to be as local as possible!! Locally caught seafood, foraged wild herbs, freshly grown, locally sourced seasonal produce and the finest Irish meats.

Once the Ice Store of the original building, today our bar & lounge is cooler than it ever was. Our ever-changing cocktails list is sure to have something to tickle your fancy. With an amazing selection of Gins and great craft beers. You're sure to enjoy your bar experience and the “chill” atmosphere in the original Ice Store. 

 

Foxford Woollen Mills

Step back in time to experience Irish life as it was in the 1800’s by visiting the award winning Foxford Woollen Mills Visitor Centre. See how the blankets / throws in each of our rooms are made in the fully working mill which has been passed down for generations. To find out more, check out their website - HERE

Surfing

Seas the day and go wild!! Surf some of Ireland’s best waves spots nearby. Visit Enniscrone or Easkey for the best waves but there's loads of other beaches and spots along the coast nearby. Take lessons or simply rent the equipment you forgot to bring. The closest surf school is in Enniscrone and there's another in Strandhill. 

Why not take a stroll on Enniscrone Beach and soak in the amazing ocean views stretching across Killala Bay. Experience the romance of the sun going down across the horizon from Enniscrone Beach.

The Wild Alantic Way

The River Moy merges with the Atlantic Sea just minutes from the Ice House. The Wild Atlantic Way stretches over 2,500kms along Ireland's West and South Coast, the Ice House is the perfect base to stop over and relax for the evening, maybe even enjoy a spa treatment before continuing on your quest to conquer the Wild Atlantic Way?

Walks with Nature

If getting fresh air is what you're after, visit the nearby Belleek Woods, or perhaps one of Crossmolina Loop Walks. Maybe the Sligo Way walk on the Mayo / Sligo border is what you're looking for when you get in touch with nature.

Go see Dun Briste and the cliffs for yourself, they are an incredible sight to see, having been formed almost 350 million years ago. But before you go ensure you read up about the legends and all the various wild birds you are sure to see out there.
